How does Click And Collect work?

It's really simple. All you have to do is select the item(s) you are after and add them to your shopping bag. When you get to the checkout, you will have the option to select 'Click & Collect' as a delivery option. At this stage, you'll be given a list of all the stores (UK and ROI) available to have your item sent to, just select your local store and then process to payment. We don't offer Click & Collect in any of our concession stores. All stock is subject to availability

What stores can I have my Click & Collect item sent to?

Our FREE Click & Collect service is currently available in selected stand alone stores across the UK, with more stores being added very soon. The list of available stores is shown at the Check Out once you select Click & Collect as a delivery option. Alternatively, contact our customer services team for more information.

How long will delivery of my order take?

All Click & Collect items will be delivered to your chosen store within 1-5 working days for UK and ROI store orders. You'll receive an email once your order has arrived into the store letting you know your order is ready to collect. Please Note: Delivery can take up to 10 working days during peak periods.

How and who can collect my order?

We’ve made it as simple as possible to collect your item along with doing all we can to make sure your shoes are being collected by the right person.

COLLECTING IN PERSON - You will be required to give your unique order number which can be found on your Confirmation, Dispatch and Ready to collect emails we will send. One of these three emails should also be shown at the point of collection. You’ll also need to show the card you have used to pay for your item along with signing to confirm you have picked up your order. Should you have paid by PayPal, you will be required to show Photo ID in store.

SOMEONE COLLECTING FOR YOU – They will be required to give your unique order number which can be found on your Confirmation, Dispatch and Ready to collect emails we will send. One of these three emails should also be shown at the point of collection. They will also need to provide Photo ID for themselves and sign to say they have collected the item on your behalf. They will also be required to give their full name.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BAG - Yes, we do have single use paper bags in store but please help us on our sustainability journey by bringing your own reusable bag, where possible, when collecting your order

How long do I have to collect my item from the store?

You'll have 14 days to collect your item from receiving your email to say this has arrived in store. You'll be sent an email when you have 7 days left to collect your item and then a further email when you have 48 hours left to collect your item.

Should you have ordered more than one item, within the one order; each item will have 14 days to be collected. For example, if you order two items and item 1 arrives on a Monday and item 2 on a Tuesday, you'll have 14 days from the Monday to collect item 1 and 14 days from the Tuesday to collect item 2.

Can I cancel my Click & Collect order once I've placed it?

There is a very narrow timeframe in which we can cancel or amend any order. We'd advise you contact us on Live Help, Email or Social here and we’ll do our best to help.

Do I need to provide ID when I collect my item(s)?

You'll need to show either a valid Driving Licence, valid Passport or Credit or Debit card, matching the name on your order, along with your order confirmation email. This email can be on your phone / tablet. You must also be the person collecting your item and all ID must match the name given on your order.

What happens if I don't collect my order from the store?

Should your item not be collected from the store, an automatic refund will be issued once your 14 day collection period is up. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment and this can take 2-5 working days to show back in your account. We'll notify you by email when this has been processed.

What are my options if I don't like my item when I collect it in store?

It's no problem to change your mind in store. Just let the sales assistant know whether you are looking for a refund or even looking for an exchange, should the item be available in store.

Should you wish for an exchange for an item not in the stores stock, this cannot be sent to one of our stores. We will however be happy to have it shipped out to an address of your choosing, free of charge.

Once you collect your item, you'll have the standard 28 days to return your item in its unworn / unused condition. You must provide proof of purchase at this point.
