I like the Madrids much better than the Arizona style because the Madrid style only has one strap / buckle so it's a little less bulky looking. The base and strap feel really sturdy and well made. I got Mocha Numbuck and I love the colour. The only thing i could possibly fault about these shoes is that after wearing them a number of times the part of the shoe that you stand on starts to go darker where your foot is in contact with the shoe. You can't see it when you have the shoes on, but when you take them off you can. It's not a big issue at all and wouldn't stop me buying them as no one else would see it until you take them off. But otherwise the shoe is perfect. Love them.

All things considered, they were a good price (especially with free standard delivery). I’m not too sure if I’m going to keep them as I’m not sure they suit me and expected them to be less chunky than they are. I understand that the brand do sell chunky sandals but I thought that the Madrid range would be less eye catching and bulky from the pictures. Even still they are incredibly comfortable which is why I feel like Natalie Imbruglia...

Rated 5 out of 5 by Plum808 from Classic I have been looking to replace my extremely well worn, old pair of Madrids for some time, but could not find the same type anywhere at a non-ridiculous price. I have loved their comfort and endurance so much that I had to have the same ones, and Office was the only outlet I could find to offer the exact pair at a very reasonable price. I am so happy with them. They are very comfortable and I should have replaced my old one's earlier.

I actually have them on the tightest adjustment which makes them perfect for me, and I've never ever used the tightest fitting on any shoe before! Will be buying more Birkenstocks when I can afford it. My feet are 4s but for years I've had to buy 5s to get the width, but the 4 regular fitting is spot on.

When they arrived they felt a little snug so I compared them to a pair I already own.. .these are the narrow type. This really should have been listed must more clearly on the size section, rather in the product information that you have to click on…I didn’t do this as I wrongly presumed office would sell the standard width.

They are literally the most comfortable sandals/flip-flops I've ever worn and so much more lightweight that I was expecting. They also go with everything - jeans, skirts, shorts, dresses! Can't wait to properly use these babies on my 3 week holiday to the states this summer!

I just can't understand the fit of the sandals, I had to get a size down from my usual size and then even then they flap against the bottom of my foot as I walk which was really irritating so I had to return them. I'd recommend trying these on in store before purchasing!

I repurchased in a smaller size only to find they only sell them in a narrow fitting (not suitable). The hide this in the bottom of the description and not when selecting the size option or high level information. Customer service not helpful. Shoes are nice though
