Rated 2 out of 5 by Lydia Mc from Misleading sizes and ridiculous customs fees Ridiculous that this website charges customs despite Office having many stores and no doubt a warehouse in Ireland. Already had a bad taste in my mouth before the shoes even arrived. I had tried the EUR 39 in your Henry St store and they were too small but they didn't have the EUR 40 available so I figured it would be easy to order online. Big mistake. The size on the shoes is misleading as I had ordered a EUR 40 which should be a UK 6.5 and a UK 7 has arrived. God forbid I cover the ridiculous costs of sending the shoes back after already spending €25 on customs. Don't understand why I can't just bring them into the store and swap them. Terrible experience. Wish I could turn back the clock.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Raye84 from Great work shoe Desperately needed a new pair of work shoes, and these looked so smart online. I’m a 5.5, but I have a broad foot so I ordered the 6. Fits well, wore it around the house to make sure it was comfortable for an office day. And with a little stretching spray on the left foot it’s perfect. I should mention the sole is a soft yet firm rubber, which still looks formal and is nice to walk in.
