Rated 3 out of 5 by Leanne JT from Bad sizing info. I tried these on in a size 6, my usual size. I have other dms in this size too. But these were slightly too small. I ordered a size 6.5 which I have kept but after a few days realised they were a bit too big... I obviously checked the box and label inside which says uk 6.5... however on closer inspection the sole states UK 7 which would explain why they are too big. Now I’m stuck as I’ve worn them outside. I love the boots but the sizing isn’t good and I feel I’ve been duped - is it a 6.5 or a 7?! I wanted them so much that I kept the 6.5 / 7 thinking all would be good when I actually wore them out of the house...mistake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Robbins123 from Absolutely gorgeous I am so in love with these boots! I've had my eye on them for years now, and they definitely do not disappoint. They really elevate your outfits (both literally and figuratively), whether you are going full grunge, jeans and a t-shirt or a girly mini dress. The platform adds a really nice height, but they are still comfy to walk in. They definitely do need some breaking in, but a lot less than I would have anticipated. I think I have only had two small blisters so far, which is much better than my other docs!! I would say they do fit a bit on the larger side, but I always buy a chunky insole to fill up the excess room, so it's never really a problem in my opinion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by s3011 from Hard to Find I tried these boots on in the Doc Marten store a month or so ago and loved them but decided to wait a little while before buying - however, they then became unavailable everywhere in a size 5, so if you find these in stock then I’d recommend buying them ASAP! These are v on trend at the moment, especially with the thick sole and even though I love how they look with bare legs or with blue straight leg jeans. They do rub a LOT at first, I’ve had mine just over a week and they’re still not entirely comfortable but they’re a lot better than they were. Only other negative is that they aren’t available in faux leather.

They arrived in a patent (very shiny!!) leather & the zipper looked completely different to what I had seen in photos & other reviews?! I have returned & got a refund & re-purchased from ASOS where they came exactly as they should. After waiting to receive the pair from ASOS to compare them, the differences are huge & I hate to say it but I think the pair I received from Office could have been replicas. The ASOS pair had a branded, long rectangular zipper that said doc marten on it & as you can see in the photos the Office pair has a small zipper with YVY on it & the quality of the leather was really soft & shiny not smooth as they are supposed to be. I hope this review saves people the worry & I can confirm ASOS are selling what you’re expecting!

They are really comfortable, they go with everything and they last for a long time if you take good care of them. I recommend that to go half a size down as they are big fitting. I would also recommend that you wear them around the house before you go out and about wearing them to break into them and avoid blisters. I like to wear thick socks and tights with mine as I like a snug fit. I absolutely adore Dr Martens!

They are softer than the usual docs but a little stiffer than the soft pascal docs. They look very edgey and fit to size and feel very comfortable. They're slightly stiff where they lace up but once broken in I think they'll be fine. If you don't like being tall then I wouldn't suggest buying them because they do make you feel very tall. Otherwise I'd definetly recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by StellaG from Look brilliant- harder to wear! I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. They look great; classic Doc Marten styling, with edgy platform sole. We love Doc Martens ( I wore them throughout the ‘80s as a navel-gazing Smiths fan!) However- the leather is so stiff and my daughter’s ankles were cut and terribly blistered. I am sincerely hoping that blister plasters and thick socks will enable her to wear them. Otherwise it’s a tremendous waste of a vast amount of money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hem0035 from As good as I remember them! First pair of Dr. Martens I’ve bought since my childhood and they are as great as I remember. I recommend wearing high socks with a tight elastic so that they don’t pull down. I personally prefer compression socks. Size was what I expected after reading reviews. I’m a US size 7 1/2 and the size 7, or UK 5, fit perfectly. Delivery, even outside of the UK, was super fast. These shoes will be perfect for Seattle’s rainy weather!
