Initially thought they were a bit hard, but I have them on me around the house since I got them, they are softening up and I have to say they are comfy. I had a white pair of the one strap that I took out after about 15 years!! and they are comfy too, but prefer the support of the 2 strap arizona. The colour is lovely, it is just as depicted on the website. I would describe it as more of a taupe than stone colour. Depending on the light..it can look a bit grey, brown, khaki colour. They will go with everything. I got them delivered via CollectPlus. Super service there too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Esyllt from Bad customer service and wrong item sent You sent me the wrong size. I ordered a size 8 narrow and received a size 7.5. Customer service was awful, sent them back and gor the refund but not refunded the £5.99 delivery charge although it was their mistake. Plus the state the box came in wasn’t good, it looked like it had been battered and thrown about in the delivery van or warehouse. Will not be shopping here again! Managed to get the same pair the right size sent for £10 cheaper on Flip flop website and they came perfect within days.

As an ardent devotee of comfortable footwear, I have traipsed through a diverse collection of shoes and sandals, but these Birkenstocks are in a league of their own. Within a week they were so comfortable I could’ve walked to Cork and back. Could’ve. 10/10 comfort, great arch support and they’re so versatile too. Highly recommend.

I have long, narrow feet so the narrow fit is a bonus, usually a find shoes are too wide because I'm a size 8. I would advise checking the Birkenstock website for sizes though. I ordered an 8, which according to office is a EU 41 which is in fact, a 7.5 UK. I usually wear an 8 although I'm at the smaller end of that size, you may need to size up to a 42. Excellent service from Office though, came super quick!

I'm a size 6 but the length of my toe,next to my big toe, is longer than that of my big toe. I never normally have any issues. However as there is a "well" in which your foot sits my long 2nd toe sits on the ridge of the "well" making walking uncomfortable. I ordered online but did take the sandals back to my nearest shop and tried the 7 but they were far too big!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Luna7 from Office don't know how to sell Birkenstocks Second time that I've received Birkenstocks from Office where there has been no specification that I ordered narrow dot, and yet I've received narrow fit. This isn't stated when ordering or choosing. Can you sort this out please Office?? Birkenstock direct seem to manage it - you need to clear on regular and narrow fits when ordering or it's all just a big waste of time. Took ages to be delivered as well. What a faff.

Was unsure on which colour but so glad I went for the Stone, goes with everything. Chose next day delivery was updated via email and text with tracking info and was even provided with the signed for info. Arrived the next morning, would highly recommend both product and service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Danusia from Comfortable but NOT leather Comfortable sandals. These are my second pair in exactly the same colour - the other ones I use as slippers but wanted some for wearing out. The reason for 4 stars is that I buy leather from animals not 'vegan leather' which is not leather at all (I feel it's false advertising to say it's leather). These are not leather but I like the colour which goes with anything.
