Rated 5 out of 5 by BirkWearer from Great Shoe and Great Customer Service This is my second pair of this style of Birkenstock, so I know that while they feel a little stiff now they'll break in and be perfect for the summer with work, dress and casual wear. I did have a bit of an issue with delivery but it was resolved between me contacting the company and also contacting Office customer service which was great. As I wasn't sure what size I would want, I ordered two pairs and had absolutely no issues and a quick process to return the other pair.

They do need breaking in which a lot of people don't realise but if you wear them around the house for two weeks that will do the trick 👍

I’m normally a size 5 but went for the size down and they fit really well. The strap between the toes doesn’t rub. The footbed is firm but comfortable. Definitely worth spending a bit more.
